Air Logistics Care Specialist

The Air Logistics Care Specialist is responsible for coordinating and managing air freight shipments while providing high-level customer support. This role ensures timely and accurate movement of goods, maintains communication with clients and carriers, and resolves any shipment-related issues to deliver a smooth logistics experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate air import and export shipments from origin to final delivery
• Prepare and review shipping documents (air waybills, invoices, customs paperwork)
• Track shipments and provide real-time updates to customers
• Communicate with airlines, vendors, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery
• Resolve shipment delays, damages, or discrepancies quickly and professionally
• Ensure compliance with all air freight regulations and company procedures
• Maintain accurate shipment records and update internal systems
• Support billing processes and verify freight charges when needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate's or bachelor's preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, air freight, or customer service
• Knowledge of air import/export processes and documentation is a plus
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software systems
