Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to support warehouse operations by maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring product counts align with system data. This role plays a critical part in inventory accuracy, organization, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform daily, weekly, and cycle counts of inventory
* Verify inventory quantities and locations within the warehouse management system (WMS)
* Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
* Update inventory records accurately and timely
* Assist with receiving, put-away, and material movement as needed
* Maintain organized inventory locations and labeling standards
* Communicate discrepancies to supervisors and warehouse leadership
* Follow all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
* Previous inventory control or warehouse experience preferred
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Basic computer and data entry skills
* Experience with WMS or inventory systems a plus
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
* Forklift experience is a plus (certification preferred but not required)
* Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
