• 1+ year of warehouse clerk experience
• Air import/export experience preferred
• Experience with WMS platforms (Cargo Wise, Transit Warehouse, or similar) preferred
• Strong computer proficiency with accurate high-volume data entry skills
• Knowledge of export documentation and freight compliance requirements preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment

• Receive and verify export freight against commercial invoices, packing lists, and airway bills
• Accurately enter shipment data into WMS and freight systems; create and print labels and export documentation
• Prepare Bills of Lading (BOL) and Air Waybills (HAWB/MAWB)
• Physically receive inventory and process shipments systematically in the system
• Verify freight dimensions, weight, and piece counts for accuracy
• Maintain organized shipment files and detailed records
• Coordinate daily shift turnover and provide thorough handoff notes
• Communicate shipment status and discrepancies with internal teams, airlines, and customers
• Ensure compliance with TSA, IATA, and export regulations; support cargo screening and AES filing when required
• Collaborate with warehouse staff and forklift operators to ensure timely freight movement
