LGLNA is a growing business that requires a skilled and engaging Manager of Warehouse Operations to support our rapidly expanding organization. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced and multi-site environment. S/he enjoys collaborating with all company team members, is skilled in candidate screening and management, inbound, outbound, communication with internal colleagues and customers. We're looking for an experienced warehouse professional who will partner with our customer to support and develop our fast-growing business.

• Provide leadership and direction to regional warehouse managers and teams
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency across all warehouses
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development
• Oversee daily operations of all warehouse facilities to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operations metrics, implementing improvements as needed
• Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate shipping and receiving processes.
• Implement effective inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and losses
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction through efficient and accurate order fulfillment
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance warehouse operations

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in warehouse operations
• Proven experience in managing multi-site warehouse operations

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant technologies
• Strong understanding of inventory control, logistics, and supply chain management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
