Dear Physicians,We are looking for an internist or family medicine physician to join a growing private practice that specializes in nursing home and assisted-living care. We pride ourselves for the detailed, professional conduct of our staff, and consider ourselves to be the premier organization in Connecticut offering these services.
We currently have an availability for a leadership position in Torrington, CT. The expectation is that the physician would attend to patients at three nearby facilities during the week. The physician will also work with a nurse practitioner.
An ideal candidate would have:
- Experience working in nursing homes.
- Experience with seriously ill patients- such as work as a hospitalist, geriatrician or hospice physician.
- Be willing to travel to several sites in Connecticut as needed.
