B. These positions may be filled only by TPS teachers. The stipend is pensionable and does affect TRB if the position-holder's certification and teaching assignment agree with the position's area of concentration.

• Serves as liaison between the teaching group and administrators/supervisors.
• Facilitates PLCs for their department.
• Facilitates the implementation of new programs and courses in collaboration with supervisors.
• Assists administrators in facilitating the selection of materials.
• Encourages and assists in the implementation of professional development and improvement with the department.
• Assists administrators in PD planning.
• Carries out other duties as assigned.
