DescriptionHands-on manufacturing engineering role focused on improving production processes, supporting new product launches, and driving continuous improvement across a multi-SKU, semi-custom production environment.
This role bridges engineering and operations—owning implementation, troubleshooting, and optimization of manufacturing systems to improve throughput, quality, and cost.

Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of hands-on manufacturing / process engineering experience
- Experience in production environments (preferably high-mix / configurable products)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Preferred
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or Six Sigma
- Six Sigma Green Belt (Black Belt a plus)
- CAD proficiency (Solid Works or similar)
- Experience with tooling, fixtures, or sewn/assembly-based manufacturing
- Experience with problem analysis and resolution
- Demonstrated ability to achieve results independently or working with others
- Requires good leadership skills and communication skills
- Ability to recommend and implement improvements
