A home health and hospice provider in Torrington seeks compassionate pet therapy volunteers to provide emotional and task-oriented support to patients and their families. Volunteers will work alongside the Volunteer Coordinator and are expected to commit at least one hour a week for a minimum of six months. No prior experience is required as training will be provided, but a certification in pet therapy and a certified therapy animal are mandatory.
