Hartford Healthcare - - - Responsibilities:
Provide patient food service on assigned units including menu selections, tray assembly, delivery and pickup.;
Stock patient units and fulfill special requests between meals.;
Ensure adherence to diet orders and dietary restrictions; coordinate with nursing.;
Perform post-meal rounding to check on patients and retrieve trays.;
Assist dietitian with monitoring patients on NPO or calorie-count orders.
