JOB REQUIREMENTS

Licenses:
Active Connecticut state license and DEA with Connecticut address required

DEA / CDS:
Active DEA required

Certifications:

Active BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS required

Experience:

Experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine required; ability to work independently

Qualifications:

Willingness to travel at least 45 minutes, split day between two locations, and accommodate last-minute schedule changes

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide comprehensive urgent care services to patients of all ages.

Perform minor procedures including suturing, wound care, incision and drainage, and splinting.

Interpret X-rays and EKGs as part of patient evaluation.

Work independently and manage patient volume in a fast-paced urgent care setting.

Travel between multiple GoHealth locations within a 45-minute radius as needed, including weekend and holiday coverage.
