Electronic Technician I — Full Time

Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Perform testing of analog, digital, and microprocessor based systems
- Calibrate and maintain test fixtures
- Operate all test equipment including multimeters, power supplies, oscilloscopes, and function generators
- Operate programming devices
- Analyze and interpret test information to resolve issues
- Support Supervisors and/or operators in the resolution of quality problems
- Actively participates in quality initiatives by participating in problem solving, process improvements and performance measurements
- Responsible for understanding and following company and manufacturing guidelines/procedures
- Responsible for product quality as defined by internal and external customers, work instructions, specifications and procedures
- Responsible for following established safety rules and 6S
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read and understand assembly documentation, test procedures, and all inspection criteria
- Ability to operate all test equipment including multimeters, power supplies, oscilloscopes, function generators, and programming devices
- Ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision
- Must have a high school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of one year of electronic technician or test related experience/training
- IPC-610 and IPC-620 certification
Work involves lifting of materials and product up to 30 pounds.
