Run established CMM and CT Scanner programs to perform dimensional inspections on plastic injection molded components and assemblies;
Collect, interpret, and analyze dimensional data to verify part conformance against engineering drawings and specifications;
Record and report inspection results accurately in accordance with SOPs, regulatory, and customer requirements;
Perform daily checks, calibration verification, and routine maintenance of CMMs and CT Scanners;
Identify nonconformances and collaborate with Quality and Engineering teams to resolve root causes
