Dymax, based in Torrington, CT, is hiring a Process Engineer II to strengthen manufacturing efficiency, product quality, and process reliability by developing and improving chemical manufacturing processes, executing scale-up trials, and delivering data-driven recommendations.
You will analyze OEE and FPY drivers, standardize critical processes with SOPs and control plans, perform process validation, and resolve manufacturing issues on the shop floor while adhering to ISO quality requirements.
