Entry-Level Production Associate
The Entry-Level Production Associate supports daily production operations through assembly, material handling, packaging, and quality inspection activities. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking to begin a manufacturing career, as no prior manufacturing experience is required.
Production Support- Assist with day-to-day manufacturing and assembly operations.
- Follow detailed instructions, production procedures, and standard operating processes.
- Load, feed, position, and move materials through production equipment.
- Assist in assembling products and components.
- Package finished products according to company standards.
- Label, organize, and prepare products for shipment when needed.
- Perform basic visual inspections and quality checks.
- Verify products meet established specifications.
- Report defects or quality concerns to supervisors.
- Maintain production pace and meet daily goals.
- Follow established productivity standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development programs.
- Maintain clean, organized workstations.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Contribute to a positive and team-focused work environment.
- Collaborate effectively with supervisors and production team members.
- Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to learn various manufacturing processes.
- No manufacturing experience required.
- Ability to read and write English.

Schedule: Monday-Friday
Hours: 3:30 PM - 11:30 PM
Overtime: Available based on business needs

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Torrington, CT.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.80 - $20.90/hr.
