Reports To: Industrial Manufacturing Engineer
Salary: $75,000–$95,000 annually depending on experience

Position Summary
We are seeking a hands‑on Manufacturing Engineer Technician to improve production processes, support new product launches, and drive continuous improvement in a multi‑SKU, semi‑custom manufacturing environment.
This role bridges Engineering and Operations, focusing on process optimization, troubleshooting, quality, throughput, and cost reduction
.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve production processes, workflows, and line balance.
- Conduct time studies and identify bottlenecks and efficiency opportunities.
- Support daily production troubleshooting and corrective actions.
- Lead or support Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma improvement initiatives.
- Support new product introduction, including manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, and work instructions.
- Create and update CAD drawings, layouts, tooling, and production documentation.
- Collect and analyze production data to measure efficiency, quality, and process improvements.
- Partner with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and R&D to resolve problems and implement improvements.
- Support capital equipment evaluations and root‑cause analysis.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of hands‑on manufacturing/process engineering experience.
- Experience in a production environment; high‑mix or configurable manufacturing preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and cross‑functionally.
- Ability to recommend and implement practical improvements.
Preferred:
- Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or Six Sigma experience.
- Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt.
- Solid Works or similar CAD experience.
- Experience with tooling, fixtures, jigs, or sewn/assembly‑based manufacturing.
- Experience with NPI and structured problem‑solving.
