We are seeking a skilled and experienced LPN to provide high-quality care to our residents. As an LPN at Torrington Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population and provide individualized care to meet their unique needs.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff and physicians
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Provide emotional support and reassurance to residents and their families
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and satisfaction

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program
• Current LPN licensure in the state of Connecticut
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards residents and their families
