• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards and promotional signing; stay knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and guest needs; solve problems and support guests accordingly.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and full floor readiness through priority fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as they sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price changes and signing for clearance merchandising.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms and guest services to the sales floor.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work in a safe manner and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up, and Drive-up with compliance to laws and policies.
• Greet guests, engage to solve needs, and thank guests for shopping at Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel and accessories.

• Ability to communicate via multiple devices and operate scanners and other technology as directed.
• Effective communication and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Ability to stay focused, multi-task, and resolve guest questions quickly.
• Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift/move merchandise as required (up to 44 pounds with assistance as needed).

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders and move merchandise safely; ability to lift up to 15 pounds frequently and up to 44 pounds occasionally without assistance.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; reliable attendance.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions; stay mobile during shift length.
