Price Rite - Assistant Produce Manager (PRRC CT) Salary Range $19.00 - $26.00/hr

Compensationand Benefits:
A good faith estimate of the current pay range for this position is $18/hr up to $26/hr placement in range depends on several factors including experience, skills, geography, and internal equity and may change over time. Other compensation includes a referral bonus program, overtime pay, premium pay, and paid opportunities to participate in community events.
Job SummaryThe Assistant Produce Manager is accountable to the Produce Manager / Store Manager/ Assistant Store Manager and is responsible in the Produce department for maximizing sales, protection of company assets, store conditions, presentation, control of losses, and contributes to the company’s operating objectives.
Minimum Required Qualifications:- Associate’s degree (A.
A.) from two‑year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates of organization.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Ability to regularly stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear; sit and taste or smell; frequently lift and/or move certain objects.
- Specific vision requirements for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
