Hourly Wage

The hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location and ranges from $17.00 to $30.00 per hour
. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and possible premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour
, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Remodel associates assist facilities throughout the remodel process. Responsibilities include working with the fixture warehouse, dismantling and setting up new fixtures and displays, cleaning remodeled areas, and assisting customers while maintaining a safe shopping environment.
