Perform general warehouse activities including pulling merchandise from a pick list, moving merchandise from the sales floor to a staging area, using a handheld scanner to verify counts and update locations, and operating equipment. Support omni‑experience initiatives such as BOPIC, curbside, express pay, and ship from club.

• Process member purchases swiftly and courteously by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Use a handheld scanner to pick, verify, and locate items.
• Move merchandise from the sales floor to the staging area and communicate any inventory issues.
• Thoroughly communicate problems with inventory or equipment to the club team.
• Replenish merchandise from reserve areas when possible to avoid floor replenishment.
• Meet all productivity requirements and key performance indicators.
• Follow operational efficiencies, processes, and productivity standards with adherence to standard operating procedures for BOPIC, curbside, and ship from club.
• Package orders securely and maintain a neat, clean SFC area.
• Perform general housekeeping duties such as removing trash and cardboard from the work area.
• Handle damaged goods and spoiled products per standard operating procedures.
• Process returns and determine handling via DDR or membership desk.
• Adhere to club policies, procedures, dress code, and safety standards.
• Work in other departments as assigned and maintain regular, predictable, full attendance.

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Experience in big‑box or wholesale retail preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Work often involves continuous movement on hard surfaces, bending, climbing, crawling, and lifting up to 30 pounds. May require lifting heavier objects with assistance. Work in a noisy environment with moving machinery and occasional exposure to cleaning agents and temperature extremes in refrigerated areas.

Pay range for this position is $18.00 to $21.60 per hour, varying by location, education, experience, and qualifications.
