In this role, you will work closely with both new and existing power sports vehicle manufacturers, helping identify opportunities, develop winning account strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative product solutions. Key Responsibilities Customer & Account Management- Develop and execute strategic account growth plans for new and existing power sports customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and key stakeholders while serving as a trusted advisor
- Conduct customer needs assessments and provide tailored product and service solution
- Manage customer programs, agreements, and pricing strategies to ensure profitability and long-term value
- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that communicate business value and competitive differentiation
- Research customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics to guide sales strategies and technical solutions
- Lead the qualification and vetting process for new business opportunities, including project scope development and pricing discussions
- Support sales forecasting, budgeting, and annual planning using customer projections, market conditions, and new product opportunities
- Partner closely with Product Development and Engineering teams to coordinate technical requests and support customized customer solutions
- Identify product capability gaps and recommend enhancements, partnerships, or fulfillment solutions
- Provide customer product insights to internal teams to support product innovation and market alignment
- Coordinate product photography, videos, and installation documentation for customer and marketing initiatives
- Maintain customer forecasts and update internal systems to support production planning and supply chain requirements
- Manage sales agreements and ensure compliance with customer requirements and internal processes
- Analyze sales performance and margins by customer to identify opportunities for improvement
- Support engineering change notifications (ECNs), inventory requirements, and production-impacting updates
- Maintain accurate CRM records and contribute to process improvements and sales documentation
- Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer events
Travel to customer and dealer locations as needed (approximately 25–30%)
Qualifications- Passion for and/or hands-on knowledge of the recreational power sports industry
- Proven success in consultative or complex B2B sales environment
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution operation
- Experience presenting technical products or solutions to business stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Ability to lead initiatives and collaborate across technical and business teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and CRM tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred
