Composites Sales Account Manager

Pay: $90,000 - $160,000

We are seeking an experienced Composites Sales Account Manager for a temporary assignment supporting a leading manufacturer in the advanced materials industry. This role is responsible for growing customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and driving sales within the composites market.

• Manage and grow relationships with existing and prospective customers
• Identify new business opportunities within advanced composites, carbon fiber, fiberglass, and engineered materials markets
• Develop sales strategies to increase revenue and expand market presence
• Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and product discussions
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity
• Prepare quotations, proposals, forecasts, and sales reports
• Resolve customer issues and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Partner with engineering, production, and internal teams to support account success
• Maintain accurate customer records, pipeline activity, and forecasting data
• Travel as needed to support customers and business growth

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of B2B sales, account management, or business development experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in composites, advanced materials, manufacturing, or related industries
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience serving aerospace, defense, medical, or other high-performance manufacturing markets is a plus
