The Center for Human Development (CHD) in Torrington, CT seeks a Young Adult Services (YAS) Coach to provide intensive one-on-one support to participants identified by the Western CT Mental Health Network. You will help individuals integrate into the community, understand their rights and responsibilities of independent living, and work within a CHD/WCMHN team.
