Job Description

We are looking for qualified customer service representatives with personality and people skills. The role involves operating all store equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, receiving and processing telephone orders, inventory management, and maintaining a clean facility. The position is open for part‑time or full‑time, with flexible scheduling.

• Operate and maintain all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare pizza products.
• Receive, process, and relay telephone orders accurately.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facilities on a daily basis.
• Assist with training new team members.
• Communicate verbally and in writing with customers and co‑workers.
• Handle monetary transactions and give correct change.
• Use computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
• Maintain eye‑hand coordination and motor skills for fast, precise work.
• Perform both individual and team tasks under stress to meet quality standards.

• Age 16 years or older.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend, reach, and perform hand tasks as described.

• Stand for most of the shift.
• Walk short distances.
• Frequent stooping, bending, and reaching (including forward, downward, and upward to 72").
• Use arms, shoulders, forearms, and wrists for shaping dough and handling pizza tools.
• Continuous hand use and eye‑hand coordination.

Team members can progress from customer service representative to management or franchise ownership.
