We are searching for qualified customer service representatives with strong people skills. The role involves assisting customers, managing orders, and supporting shop operations.

Many team members begin as delivery drivers and progress to franchise ownership or management. The store offers opportunities for growth.

• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Complete orientation and training on the job.

• Comprehend and convey written instructions.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.

• Make correct monetary change.
• Use verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Coordinate motor actions to make precise movements quickly.
• Enter orders with a computer keyboard or touch screen.

• Use hearing and vision to manage telephone communication and perform in‑store tasks.
• Maintain depth perception and differentiate hot and cold surfaces.
• Stand, walk, stoop/bend, crouch, squat, reach, and hand‑task as required for daily operations.

• Direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality standards, interact with people, analyze data, make judgments and decisions.

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
