HR Generalist / Talent Management, HR Manager, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
Position Overview
HR Business Partner position at Community Hospital Torrington, Wyoming. Serves as strategic member of senior leadership team, providing HR guidance to CEO, CNO and other leaders. Focus on culture, engagement, and organizational development while transactional functions are handled centrally.
Responsibilities- Partner with senior leadership to advise on people‑related matters and influence organizational strategy.
- Lead initiatives to sustain and enhance high engagement, including proactive employee relations, onboarding, engagement strategies, leadership development, and change management.
- Provide strategic talent management solutions, including workforce planning, succession planning, retention strategies, and analytics to drive business performance.
- Act as a visible member of the leadership team, counseling leaders on policies, labor issues, and regulatory compliance.
- Model Banner core behaviors and deliver constructive feedback to foster high performance.
- Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration to implement HR programs and support system integration.
- Align HR strategies for merger and acquisition activity and promote cultural integration.
- Manage performance metrics, evaluate operations, and collaborate with leadership to maintain efficient delivery of services.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years progressively responsible human resources management experience in a large, complex, highly‑matrixed organization.
- Extensive knowledge of talent development, talent acquisition, retention/engagement, coaching, budgeting, and program management.
- Strong understanding of employment law and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent communication, conflict management, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to influence leaders, drive change, and make decisions in complex, ambiguous situations.
- Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
- Master’s Degree.
- Additional related education and/or experience.

Schedule:
Monday through Friday 8 am – 5 pm with occasional evening or weekend rounding.
