Compensation
Pay: $35.00-$48.00 per hour

Qualifications
- Ability to operate vehicles and diagnostic equipment
- Valid driver's license and CDL
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems used in ag equipment
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Excellent workflow planning and organizational skills
- Strong customer service skills
Preferred:
- 5+ years of experience performing service repairs
The Role
Schedule:
Full-time, primarily outside the dealership with flexible hours. After-hours and on-call support is required.
As a Field Service Technician, you will:
- Review your schedule and travel to on-site jobs in a fully equipped service vehicle
- Diagnose and repair agricultural equipment such as tractors and combines
- Provide clear communication and outstanding customer service
- Perform preventive maintenance and utilize advanced diagnostic tools
- Keep detailed work records and follow all safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and orderly mobile workspace
- Offer after-hours support as needed to keep customers running
