Case Manager - Behavioral Health & Community Linkage

Volunteers-of-America in Torrington, Wyoming is seeking a Case Manager to support assigned clients, facilitate access to community services, and assist in clinical services. The role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Social Work.

Preferred candidates will have two or more years of Case Management experience. Responsibilities include client advocacy, case management, and maintaining documentation to ensure effective service delivery within a supportive team environment.
