• You must be 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• You must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Navigate a map, locate addresses within a designated delivery area, and be able to navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings.
• Operate all store equipment, including stocking ingredients, preparing product, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing associated paperwork, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Use a computer keyboard or touchscreen to enter orders.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers and comprehend and give written instructions.
• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately; make correct monetary change.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, and climbing to move pizza and supplies within the store and during deliveries.
• Drive safely and deliver products within a designated area, including dropping flyers and door hangers.
• Carry large cans, pizza sauce, and trays of dough weighing up to 12 pounds each during deliveries.
• Operate equipment such as pencils, pens, computers, telephones, calculators, and pizza tools.

• Exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures ranging from 36°F in cooler areas to 90°F or higher in some work areas.
• Fumes from food odors and exposure to cornmeal dust.
• Hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F and sharp edges.
• Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when delivering product, driving, and couponing.

• Talk and hear on the telephone; near, mid‑range, and far vision for most in‑store tasks.
• Differentiate between hot and cold surfaces and use night vision for driving.

The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.

• Standing, walking, and traveling between the store and delivery vehicle.
• Lifting cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Carrying large cans and trays of pizza dough weighing approximately 12 pounds each.
• Pushing trays on dollies up to 24"–30" across the floor.
• Climbing stairs or ladders to change prices on signs or perform maintenance.
• Forward bending at the pizza assembly station for 30–45 seconds at a time, repeated continuously.
• Crouching or squatting occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.
• Reaching above 72", downwards, and forward for various storage and cleanup tasks.
• Driving within a designated delivery area, making multiple deliveries per shift.

• Deliver product by car to customers’ doors.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
