Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Housing Site Forklift Driver (Telehandler) to work on a busy residential construction site in Totnes for a 3.5-week assignment.
Key Responsibilities
Operating a telescopic forklift (Telehandler) safely and efficiently on a housing development site.
Loading, unloading, and distributing materials around site.
Assisting trades and site management with material movements.
Conducting daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects.
Maintaining safe working practices in line with site health and safety regulations.
Supporting general site duties when required.
Requirements
Valid CPCS or NPORS Telehandler/Forklift ticket.
Previous experience operating a Telehandler on residential housing sites.
Full PPE (Hard Hat, High-Vis Vest, Safety Boots).
Good understanding of site health and safety procedures.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
