Bookkeeper / Office Administrator

Growing distribution company is seeking a Bookkeeper / Office Administrator to support daily accounting operations and office functions. This is a hands‑on role that combines bookkeeping, customer service, invoicing, and logistics coordination in a collaborative office environment.

Responsibilities
  • Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Prepare invoices, billing, journal entries, and bank reconciliations
  • Assist with customer service and respond to account inquiries
  • Coordinate incoming shipments and support logistics activities
  • Perform general administrative and office support duties
  • Assist with additional accounting and operational projects as needed
Qualifications
  • Experience with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
  • Quick Books Desktop experience required
  • Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills
  • Accounting education is preferred but not required
Schedule
  • Monday‑Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Fully in‑office
  • Half‑day Fridays during the summer through Labor Day
