An Independent Doctor of Optometry affiliated with Lens Crafters (Luxottica) seeks an Associate Optometrist. You will work within the practice of a Lens Crafters Subleasing Optometrist as an employee or contracted doctor.

As an Associate of a Subleasing Doctor, the practice benefits include professional autonomy, flexible scheduling, and the use of a fully furnished office with a full suite of OD equipment and advanced technology where available.

• Provide high quality optometric care and service to patients within the practice of a Subleasing Optometrist.
• Operate within the scope of practice predicated on professional discretion and agreement with the Subleasing Doctor; terms of agreement, practice model, pay and hours are negotiated directly between you and the Subleasing doctor.
• Utilize available equipment and technology (e.g., Clarifye, Daytona Optomap Digital Retinal Imaging System) and provide support with testing and pre-testing as available.
• Collaborate within a private Independent practice environment where Luxottica manages the optical dispensary and the affiliated doctor manages the doctor’s office.

Affiliation with Luxottica includes operating as an Independent Lens Crafters practice. The practice model is variable and negotiated directly with the Subleasing doctor.

Posting notes that compensation is determined by multiple factors including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
