Recruiter, HR / Recruitment Consultant, Talent Manager, International Recruitment
We are seeking a driven and experienced Recruiter to join our team on a temporary assignment supporting full-cycle recruitment for clinical and corporate roles. This position plays a critical role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top healthcare talent. The ideal candidate has strong experience sourcing passive candidates and utilizing both traditional and non-traditional recruiting strategies.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive healthcare recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building strong talent pipelines through creative sourcing and relationship building. This is a temporary position with the potential for extension based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruitment- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
- Evaluate candidate qualifications, licensure, certifications, and overall fit
- Conduct behavioral-based interviews and provide hiring recommendations
- Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and credential verification
- Extend offers and communicate compensation, benefits, and employment details
- Proactively source passive candidates using Linked In, ATS platforms, referrals, networking, and other sourcing tools
- Utilize non-traditional recruiting methods including networking events, industry groups, and direct outreach
- Remain active on job boards, social media, and professional platforms to attract healthcare talent
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of clinical and corporate candidates
- Develop recruiting strategies to attract qualified healthcare professionals
- Create and maintain compelling job postings and recruitment marketing content
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and timelines
- Utilize creative sourcing strategies to ensure consistent candidate flow
- Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies and procedures
- Support onboarding coordination and recruiting process improvements
- Maintain recruiting documentation and assist with workforce planning initiatives
- 3+ years of healthcare recruiting experience required
- Experience utilizing non-traditional recruiting and creative sourcing strategies
- Strong understanding of clinical roles, credentialing, and healthcare hiring requirements
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree required (Healthcare, Human Resources, or related field preferred)
- Experience recruiting nurses, pharmacy technicians, or clinical staff
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
- Strong networking and talent pipeline development skills
