Consultant. Along the way, you may work remotely or on‑site with clients. Initially, you will not be assigned clients; as you grow into a senior technician role you will have the opportunity to work directly with specific clients, becoming a primary. Primaries are in charge of their clients from keyboard to cloud, guiding purchasing decisions and implementing new services. Excellent communication skills are essential.
Position
We are hiring an experienced technician at the Integrator level. This role involves a hybrid schedule, with most troubleshooting handled remotely and on‑site visits as needed. A minimum of four years at or above Tier 3 support or in a specialist role is preferred.
What to Expect in Your First 30 Days Week 1 – Shadow and LearnInitial introduction to the team, processes, and accounts. You will learn our systems, company structure, and daily schedule, shadow larger projects and join the call queue while tracking time in our ticketing system.
Week 2 – Shadow and Start DoingTransition to an active role in troubleshooting and on‑site projects. You may handle remote tickets, join a tech for an on‑site half‑day, and gain firsthand client interaction experience.
Week 3 and 4 – Do and ObserveYou will grow comfortable taking tickets, handing off work, joining on‑site visits, and tracking hours. A 30‑day check‑in will confirm confidence in these responsibilities.
RequirementsStrong fundamentals in Networking, Office 365, Windows Desktops, Windows Servers, Active Directory, and Security are essential. Key areas include troubleshooting, implementation, and installation.
Must Have- 5+ years of experience with Office 365 and Windows Server
- 5+ years of firewall troubleshooting (Sophos, Cisco, Sonic Wall, Watchguard)
- 5+ years of network setup experience (installing APs, switches, and firewalls)
- Extensive virtualization and networking experience
- Above and beyond customer service delivery
- Bachelor's degree
- IT‑related certifications
- MSP experience
- Dental IT experience (big plus)
- Setting up customer networks (cloud to keyboard)
- Windows Server installation
- Configuration maintenance
- Ongoing support for access points, firewalls, and switches
- Remote troubleshooting and onsite support as required
- Monday‑Friday schedule with one Saturday per month for the first 18 months
