We are seeking experienced Production Supervisors to join our dynamic team in Totowa, NJ. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our production facility, ensuring that our processes run smoothly and efficiently. • Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet production goals.
• Lead, train, and mentor production staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Monitor production processes and make adjustments as necessary to optimize efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports for management.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• A degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
