Job Description

The Zone Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the assigned zone, ensuring productivity targets, quality standards, and safety procedures are consistently met. This role requires a strong, dominant personality with excellent leadership skills to manage teams effectively and drive operational excellence.

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities within the assigned zone
• Lead, motivate, and monitor team members to meet production goals
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality control procedures
• Monitor workflow, productivity, and performance metrics
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports using MS Office programs
• Communicate effectively with management and other departments
• Handle problem‑solving and decision‑making in fast‑paced environments
• Be available and ready to work overtime (OT) when required

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience (preferred in manufacturing or food industry)
• Strong, dominant, and confident personality with the ability to manage teams effectively
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs: MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
