Work Arrangement:
On-site, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
We are seeking an experienced Millwork Cabinetry Engineer / CNC Programmer with a strong background in custom cabinetry, architectural millwork, and CNC programming. This role will support the engineering and manufacturing process from design through production, ensuring projects are produced accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Engineer and program custom cabinetry, millwork, and casework for production.
- Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs and tooling.
- Program 2D polygons and develop efficient machining strategies.
- Prepare production-ready CAD/CAM files for CNC equipment.
- Work closely with production teams to troubleshoot machining issues.
- Optimize cutting layouts and improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Support engineering, production, and project teams throughout manufacturing.
- Maintain accurate engineering documentation and production files.
- Help improve CNC processes, tooling, and production workflows.
- Experience in architectural millwork, custom cabinetry, or commercial casework.
- Experience programming CNC equipment.
- Strong understanding of CNC machining, tooling, and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency with CAD and 3D modeling software.
- Experience with Mozaik or Microvellum.
- Experience with Aspire is preferred.
- Knowledge of Sketch Up and Cut Rite is a plus.
- Experience with CNC routers, including pod and nested-based systems.
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
