Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Line Lead to join our dynamic team in Totowa, NJ. As a Line Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety. If you have a passion for leading teams and optimizing operations, we want to hear from you! Positions are available in all 3 shifts.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on the line to meet production goals.
- Train and mentor production staff, fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
- Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production performance.
- High school diploma or GED required
- Education in manufacturing or management (Preferred)
- Proven experience in a production environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a diverse team.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to improve production efficiency.
- Proficient in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
