TIG Welder – Aluminum | 1st & 2nd Shift | Up to $25/hr location:
Fairfield, NJWe are hiring experienced TIG Welders for immediate openings on 1st and 2nd shift in Fairfield, NJ. Candidates should have at least 2 years of TIG welding experience working with aluminum or other non- steel metals in a manufacturing or fabrication environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential to become a full-time company employee in less than 60 days for dependable candidates looking for long-term employment and advancement.

Available Shifts & Pay1st

Shift: Monday–Friday – Pay up to $23.00/hour, based on experience2nd

Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:15 PM–11:30 PM – Pay up to $25.00/hour, based on experience2nd-shift employees will complete approximately two weeks of orientation/training on 1st shift

Qualifications:

Conversational English required

Minimum 18 months of TIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication setting

Experience welding aluminum, aluminum extrusions, or other non-steel metals

Ability to weld materials to precise dimensions, lengths, and angles

Experience using miter saws, grinders, and measuring equipment

Ability to prepare materials for painting using sanding equipment

Ability to read and follow basic blueprints and work orders
