Job Summary:
Loaders safely move, stack, and secures raw materials or finished products, typically, operating forklifts or pallet jacks. They ensure order accuracy, maintain high temperature/sanitary standards (GMP/HACCP)
- Physical Execution
- Load materials according to production schedule
- Load raw materials or packaging onto line
- Quality & Compliance
- Confirm item, lot and expiration with QC and Operator
- Follow all food safety and plant safety procedures
- Coordination & Communication
- Notify Supervisor after inspection
- Cleaning & Changeover
- Clean and sanitize area and equipment
Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand for 8–10+ hour shifts and lift up to 50 lbs
