Requirements? Just these three little things:

• NJ CHHA or CNA license (no expired ones from 1997, please)
• Reliable car and a clean background (we trust you, but the state is nosy).
• If you don't drive that's quite all right, provide your  a reliable way to get to where you need to go.
• A heartbeat and the ability to laugh, hug and be happy when hanging with seniors
