• Maintain high standards in food preparation, safety protocols, and cleanliness.
• Prepare menu items according to the given recipes, plate presentations, and specifications, ensuring each dish meets quality standards.
• Complete all assigned prep work efficiently and set up the workstation.
• Follow sanitary and safe food handling practices at all times.
• Clean and sanitize the work area before, during, and after each shift, and complete daily and weekly cleaning projects to maintain a hygienic and organized kitchen environment.
• Verify stock and set up equipment to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

• Qualified prep cooks are essential team members in any kitchen and must possess a diverse set of skills to excel.
• Great communication skills are crucial to coordinate with kitchen staff and ensure timely and accurate preparation of dishes.
• Highly mobile and able to move quickly and efficiently throughout the entire shift.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift between 25-50 pounds are required, as the job often involves standing for long periods.
• Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
