• Provide customer service to all visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out site‑specific access control procedures, credential verification, and appropriate emergency response activities at a technology‑focused location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, screen visitors, issue access credentials as directed, and maintain accurate visitor and/or delivery logs in support of security‑related site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, escalating concerns through the proper chain of command and documenting security‑related activity as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the building, lobby areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and identify unusual conditions.
• Support day‑to‑day operations by communicating clearly with site contacts, following post orders, and reporting maintenance, access, and/or security‑related concerns in a timely manner.

• Possess 2+ years of security‑related experience.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer and/or tablet.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
