Whatthis job involves:
As an Operating Engineer at JLL, you'll be the cornerstone of facility operations, ensuring that building systems and infrastructure function smoothly, efficiently, and safely every day. This hands-on role encompasses routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs across all building systems - from HVAC and electrical to plumbing and fire protection. You'll diagnose equipment malfunctions, perform preventive maintenance, and respond swiftly to emergency situations to minimize disruption and maintain a safe, comfortable environment for occupants.
