Bar Team

We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic Bar staff to join our Bar Team. We are looking for bartenders who can work in a fast‑paced bar who can deliver a wide range of drinks in a high‑volume environment.

You will need to be knowledgeable about drinks and be confident in providing guests with the correct drink choice. The role will allow you to learn and develop amongst our friendly and hardworking bar team, with the potential to progress within the company.

To ensure the effective and efficient running of all Small to medium on‑site bars for MICE and Track events in accordance with the management team brief.

Silverstone is now seeking a highly motivated Bartender skilled in detail‑oriented service, member recognition, point of sale (POS) systems operations, and tending bar.

All members of the Bar team are required to have a competent knowledge of different types of beer, wine and spirits and their delivery.
