Baxter Storey is seeking a Relief Chef Manager in Northamptonshire and Midlands to cover holidays and sickness across sites. Usual hours are 07:00–15:00, with occasional evenings and weekends, and travel between locations is expected.
You will lead menus, manage a kitchen team, and ensure cost control while maintaining high standards. You will develop and innovate menus, ensure health and safety compliance, and support client events with strong collaboration with operations teams.
