We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Medical Records Coordinator to support our skilled nursing facility. What You’ll Do Central Supply Responsibilities
  • Maintain inventory of medical and non-medical supplies
  • Track usage and ensure timely ordering to prevent shortages
  • Organize and stock supply rooms to support efficient workflow
  • Work closely with nursing leadership to anticipate supply needs
  • Monitor vendor orders, deliveries, and invoices
Medical Records Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate, confidential resident medical records
  • Ensure timely filing, scanning, and documentation updates
  • Support compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Assist with audits, chart reviews, and survey readiness
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure documentation accuracy
Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort working with electronic health records (EHR)
  • Professional, dependable, and committed to resident privacy
  • A team-oriented mindset with a passion for supporting quality care
