Athene Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking an Infection Preventionist (IP Nurse) RN/LPN to lead the Infection Prevention and Control Program across the facility. This role acts as practitioner, resource, consultant, educator and facilitator for all staff, ensuring program compliance with CDC standards.
The IPN will coordinate facility-wide infection prevention, collaborate with department managers and medical directors, and uphold state and federal regulations.
