Christiana Care Home Health is seeking a Full Time Field Nurse RN
. The successful candidate will support Kent County, DE specifically in Townsend, Dover, Frederica; work day shift hours, one weekend a month, 2 holidays a year, and 2 on-call shifts each month.

• Perform and document clinical assessments of patients at time of admission only; no revisits or med/surg evaluations.
• Precept other nurses who are taking on some admission duties.
• Initiates and participates in team meetings and/or independently collaborates in interdisciplinary discussions regarding patient care or practice.
• Enhances professional growth by staying current in clinical practice. Incorporating research into practice and participating in councils/committees/task forces.

• BSN required; ADN candidates are required to acquire their BSN within three (3) years of their start date as outlined in the Education Agreement required to be signed as a condition of employment.
• OASIS proficiency required; acquire OASIS certification within 18 months of start date.
• IV proficient or willing to train, and achieve proficiency within 3 months of start date.

$35.39 - $56.63

This pay rate/range represents Christiana Care’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
