We provide comprehensive training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), an evidence-based approach to understanding and improving behavior. From your first day, you'll receive hands‑on support, mentorship, and opportunities to grow your career by earning your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification and advancing toward becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
What You'll Do- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, community, and center-based settings.
- Implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based teaching strategies.
- Collect accurate data and document client progress.
- Support behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs.
- Assist with parent training and clinical assessments under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Collaborate with families, supervisors, school personnel, and other professionals while maintaining client confidentiality.

- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
